Vrelo Bosne offers a different Ilidža-area experience: a protected river-source park and an outdoor walk. It can be a separate outing if nature is your priority. Its admission and visitor rules are independent of a pool ticket, and its water should not be presented as a thermal bathing area.

If the day includes sightseeing, build the swimming period around the pool rather than squeezing it between unrelated landmarks. Old Town museums and the airport are different travel anchors. If your goal is to experience Vrelo Bosne, its Great Alley walk and protected park should be treated as another activity, with separate admission and transport questions. A rainy-day visit might make an indoor pool sensible, but the actual pool must still be confirmed operational.
